What Makes Us Special
Blue Sky Cheese is special because we are partnering with a local dairy farm to use rich, high-butterfat milk from close to Lincolnshires coastline. This milk gives Hal-Moo-Mee its natural golden colour and buttery depth of flavour. Jeremy crafts every batch on-site, using traditional methods to achieve the perfect balance of squeak, smoothness, and bite.
Our cheese, Hal-Moo-Mee, is loved for crispy, golden halloumi fries and thick slices grilled for burgers and salads.
